Let’s have fun with Ms. Shannon at Ninety Six. We have games, crafts, or experiments each month.
September: Apple-Cano: Let’s get ready for an explosive mix of science and fruit. You will each get to make your very own apple cano. We will be using baking soda, vinegar, and food coloring to see if we can make a fizzy eruption.
October: Sink or Float Experiment: Let’s have some water fun and do a sink or float experiment. You will get to make a guess or hypothesis whether different items will sink or float, then we will try them all and see if you were correct.
November: Wooden Car Races: You will get to put together and paint your very own wooden car and then lets race them and see whos car is the fastest.
December: Operation – Save Larry: Can you save Larry the Worm? Using only paperclips can you get Larry’s lifejacket on him and on top of boat? You can not touch anything but the paperclips. Let’s give it a try.
